I'm assuming the A10 AI pilot won't take off as there are friendlies on the tarmac? I'm not sure there is anything that can be done with ALiVE to fix this issue. You could try and blacklist the area around the runway however blacklisting does not prevent groups/units spawned elsewhere from moving onto the runway. Perhaps blacklist the entire airport area and manually place some groups there if needed?
