Now if people don't know that in 64 bit Arma, third party modules are buggy. In a sense for the OPCOM module, you can't switch between control types. I have found a solution to those that are experiencing it. You can use your arrow keys and spacebar! While the control type is highlighted, hold down the spacebar and use your up and down key arrows to choose your selection.
