I have one faction set of occupy and another faction set on invade, both commander synced to opposing mil/civ placement modules but it seems the factions set on occupy pushes harder into enemy territory then the faction set on invade? Also the defending faction is set with a TAOR

Ah ok thanks, I started the occupiers with more territory so that makes sense but they have the same number of troops.
