I have joined an new milsim group, and my alive signature is still showing me being in my old milsim group which I created a few years ago, is there a way I can change this or delete my old group?

Hmm can't find any option for that myself. I've removed the association between your profile and the group which should give you an option to join a new group.
Just for future reference: old group id is
3856 -
@marceldev89 now when i try to join a group it says im already in one could you look into this?
