ALiVE mission spawning wrong faction?

    I'm setting up an insurgency-style mission where the players play as insurgents trying to overthrow a corrupt government on Altis. My forces consist of two factions: AAF (IND_F) and FIA (BLU_G_F).

    When I start up the mission, the modules begin populating places with CSAT forces! This doesn't make any sense, because NONE of my placement modules or commanders are set to OPF_F or CSAT. Nothing should be spawning CSAT forces.

    Can anyone possibly explain how this is happening?

  2. After some troubleshooting, I've discovered that for whatever reason, ALiVE doesn't seem to know what the BLU_G_F faction is, so if you set placement modules to BLU_G_F, they spawn CSAT instead. I'm not sure why that's happening, but it is.

    Can anyone tell me how to get the modules to spawn BLUFOR-aligned FIA units if using BLU_G_F doesn't work?

  3. I think that maybe ALiVE reverts back to its default Faction as BLU_G_F may not have the required pre-set 'GROUPS' needed to fully use the ALiVE Mod.
