Having issues with using the unit and group blacklisting functions.

I have tried both the version on the wiki, and downloaded the alamo example mission and used the slightly different scheme there, which actually logs to the server rtp that it has been initiated.

Either way the groups I have blacklisted are spawned through all of the modules.
