    If you set a custom objective with a huge priority then OPCOM should pick your objective for you. The problem is accumulating resources into the logistics manager mid mission, on capture. Thats maybe worth a suggestion to the devs, capturable logistics.

    Nope, remains as per the picture after changing load order. All versions are latest and the same. Picture says saving data and does nothing else. Player profiles half work (position and clothing but not medical) and server i don't think anything is persistent, it worked once a few days back and keeps restoring to that point or restart. Can't explain whats going on.

    I thought this was core alive gameplay to be honest, the invasion side just needs a foothold, but logistics should be via heli or airdrop. No CAS/arty either, but you need an HQ afaik to spawn the resources AliVE uses. You are fighting as an invasion with (unlimited resources) against an occupying force with no resources - ie CTI as in the first template but the Blue TAOR covers the entire map with "objectives only".

    To simulate before you have that HQ would be the challenge, if you didnt want to write a custom mission for the opening, or even cutscene it, you need something on the floor first, maybe a custom objective.

    Can't live without ACE3 now, the medical you can use on your own on AI if you want which is perfectly satisfactory for SP, the carrying system, deafness, Interface, ballistics, in fact its hugely transferable to SP.

    I wish TPW would translate to MP as the knock down script is great for stopping the silly AI hitting the dirt on hit and bouncing up in a heartbeat. Anyone know any MP equuivalent?

    I'm playing the game with alive,CBA3, ACE3, CUP and its great SP and MP and works with either how I like it.

    Can confirm i've seen this behaviour (not repsponding to command, being stuck in location) but cannot confirm if it is fixed without mods.

    Unlikely to try, the mods are worth more than the grouped AI sadly.

    Not sure if it's relevant, but last night I thought server persistence was broken as the sitreps weren't showing after I logged in, but my character was in a position that was saved. Then I found that other people could see the map sitreps and after I logged in again i could see them too. So it seems the persistence is more entwined than I thought but the breaks are not entirely consistent either.

    hmmm, will alter it to the last one as its 2nd and see how it goes. I tried to make it -servermod instead and foudn the misisons hangs.

    Used to work for me, now it hangs as in the picture and does nothing. Can supply logs etc if you want. Is this supposed to be automatically done according to a setting in one of the modules?

    Also bump. Reasoning is that TRACE can be confusing to new players and the marking of un checked areas still nags at the healthy non OCD amongst us. If it could be Sync'd to the CQB or virtualAI modules or redesigned to be a more defining part of gameplay, in large campaigns its still useful to clear areas and have these excluded from spawning. TRACE marks the only real sign of capturing area that I know of and I think its potenitally underused as a huge gameplay boost. I am also new to ALive and am not sure I have seen persistence workign correctly so I may be wrong in how it works.

    logs linked above. Had some inconsistent behaviour with this, Because im not great at Arma or this mod if you can tell me how to provide better information. Steps to reproduce are easy enough (for me) but Im not sure what the expected behaviour is, also, Im sure in the case above I had logistic and marker information but the DB is finding nothing saved. Also should we have to log in as admin and press save, should this not be automated? Can it be temporarily scripted as a workaround?
