We have a problem getting the persistence working, should we ditch stars in the group tag?
Also is hostname publicly available server name in the server list or machine name?

I am using a server hosted by nitrado. After having read the different threads on this topic, I also tried with IP's mentioned in the server log file and in the connection log provided on the nitrado web interface without any success.

It would be really great, if you could use your source of intel once again and maybe give me my actual ip, nitrado does not wnat me to know ;)

If that doesn't work, at least it is one option down and I know where not to dig deeper any more.

Thanks for taking notice of my post. I should've realized it was marked as solved. My bad. One Thing I want to mention to make it easier to help:

The Nitrado Server I was talking about is registered as "TobiBrandenburg" in War Room. In the meantime I ordered Servers at ZAP and Unlimited Hosting, but sadly none of them enables me to upload mods, only use the preinstalled ones. To make sure, it's not me screwing this up totally, I installed a server on my laptop, tried to register it in War Room and succeeded. Great. But running bigger operations on that machine is a bad idea at least.

Yeah, it IS pretty annoying. So can you recommend a hosted service that allows user mods and is working with ALiVE for a fact? I really can not efford a new machine or to rent a dedi with windows running. But me and my very small group of two friends want to enjoy those great MSO's ALiVE made possible.
