Two questions...
How can I just have the opfor units stay in the cities marked?
How can the Captured markers stay until changed when taken by another faction?

Solution #1: when placing the Military Placement module down don't sync them to Military AI Commander module or sync them to the Military AI Commander and set the Military AI Commander to "occupation" and not "invasion".
What do you mean by "Captured markers"?

He means the ones created by map intel in C2ISTAR module. And for the moment you can't as it's within ALiVE's config, but I don't see why they wouldn't make that an option later on. :)
